We want you to be satisfied with every purchase. Because our products are digital goods delivered instantly, our refund policy is designed to be fair to both customers and our business.
14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are unsatisfied with a purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date.
How to Request a Refund
- Email support@getaether.io with your order number or purchase email.
- We will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
- Refunds are returned to your original payment method via Lemon Squeezy.
Exceptions
- Refund requests made after 14 days from purchase will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
- We reserve the right to decline refund requests if there is evidence of abuse (e.g., repeated purchase-and-refund patterns, or evidence the product has been used or redistributed).
Product Updates
If a product is updated after your purchase and the update is included in your original purchase (as stated on the product page), you will receive access to the updated version at no additional cost. Product updates are not grounds for a refund of the original purchase.
Cancellations
Since all products are delivered instantly upon purchase, cancellations are treated as refund requests and are subject to the 30-day policy above.
