By accessing askpollen.com ("the Site") or purchasing any digital product offered through the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. The Site is operated by Pollen, a brand of Aether Intelligence ("we", "us", "our").

2. Products & Delivery

All products sold through the Site are digital goods (reports, datasets, templates, tools, and other informational products). Upon successful payment, products are delivered immediately via download link or access credentials sent to your purchase email address.

  • Delivery is instantaneous upon payment confirmation.
  • Products are provided "as-is" at the time of purchase.
  • Products may be updated periodically; update terms are specified on each product page.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in USD (United States Dollars). Payment processing is handled by our merchant of record, Lemon Squeezy, which handles tax calculation, collection, and remittance on our behalf.

  • Prices are subject to change without notice.
  • Tax is calculated and applied at checkout based on your jurisdiction.
  • We do not store payment card details. All payment data is handled by Lemon Squeezy.

4. Licence & Usage Rights

Upon purchase, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the digital product for your own personal or internal business purposes. Unless explicitly stated otherwise on the product page:

  • You may not redistribute, resell, or share purchased products.
  • You may not claim authorship of purchased content.
  • You may use purchased content in internal reports, presentations, and decision-making.
